About

Who am I?

I run a single-person consulting practice across two disciplines that usually get split between separate firms: AI systems & workflows, and brand & web direction.

I work this way on purpose. The companies I’m most useful to are at the point where the operations, customer experience, internal systems, and market presence all need to move at the same time. Splitting that across multiple vendors usually creates more handoffs, more confusion, and slower progress. One principal, two practices, fewer places for the work to get lost.

My background is in enterprise software, operational transformation, and complex customer-facing systems. I’ve spent the last several years working with manufacturing and industrial companies on ERP, CRM, SCM, EPM, and AI-related initiatives. I have spent my career translating messy business problems into clear workflows, executive-ready business cases, and practical technology paths. I’ve worked with teams dealing with legacy systems, fragmented data, manual processes, disconnected tools, and pressure to modernize without breaking the business.

Alongside that, I help shape the brand and web layer that makes the work usable: positioning, site structure, messaging, landing pages, service narratives, AI-enabled intake flows, and lightweight digital systems that help a business look sharper and operate better.

I’m hands-on. I write the brief, run the discovery, map the workflow, shape the offer, design the page, build the working version where it makes sense, and stay involved until your team can use it without me.

What I’m not: an agency, a body shop, or someone who will sell you an AI strategy deck and disappear.
